Storage Matched to Your Product's Stability Data

Peptide products differ in their temperature requirements. Storage plans are matched to the stability data and requirements provided by the customer rather than applying one single temperature assumption to all peptide products.

How Storage Is Matched

  • Stability data
  • Storage temperature requirement
  • Warehouse node selection
  • Inbound & handling
  • Storage & outbound
Storage Nodes

Temperature-Controlled Storage at China & Overseas Warehouses

Temperature-controlled storage is available at the consolidation hub in China and at overseas warehouses in the United States and Europe.

Temperature-Controlled Storage at China Warehouse

For products that require a specific storage environment, a matching temperature-controlled storage and handling plan is arranged according to product requirements. The applicable storage temperature range must be determined based on the customer's product stability data and product specifications.

Temperature-Controlled Overseas Warehousing

For temperature-sensitive products held in the destination country, a suitable temperature-controlled storage plan is selected according to product needs. Because stability conditions differ between products, a single "one temperature fits all peptide products" approach is not applied.

Repacking & Dry-Ice Cooling at China Warehouse

Before formal shipment, repacking, carton replacement, added shock-absorbing material, insulated packaging, dry-ice configuration and international shipping packaging upgrades can be carried out to improve product safety over long distances.

Overseas Repacking & Dry-Ice Cooling

For orders that require low-temperature transport again or a packaging upgrade before final delivery, repacking and dry-ice replenishment can be performed at the destination-country warehouse prior to last-mile delivery.

What We Need From You to Design Storage

These details determine which warehouse node, storage method and packaging plan apply to your products.

  • Product form — lyophilized powder, powder, liquid, finished product
  • Stability data and the required storage temperature range
  • Target market — United States, Europe or other destinations
  • Monthly volume, batch size and SKU count
  • Expected storage duration and outbound frequency
  • Whether outbound orders require temperature-controlled packaging or dry ice

Terms: The applicable storage temperature range, available nodes and handling methods are determined by the stability data and requirements provided by the customer, together with the actual conditions of each warehouse and route.
