Cash on Delivery for Terminal Orders
For selected lanes, cash-on-delivery (COD) can be arranged so that payment is collected at the final delivery step. Availability, limits and settlement cycles depend on the destination, the lane and the last-mile carrier.
Before Requesting COD
- Destination check
- Lane & carrier check
- COD limit confirmation
- Order shipped
- Delivery & payment
- Reconciliation & settlement
What We Handle in COD Orders
COD availability is not universal. Each destination and lane must be confirmed before shipment.
Availability Check
We confirm whether the destination country, lane and last-mile carrier support cash-on-delivery, and under which conditions.
Order Value Limits
COD services usually apply a maximum collectible amount per shipment. The applicable limit is confirmed per lane before shipping.
Reconciliation & Settlement
Delivered and unpaid orders can be reconciled, then settled according to the settlement cycle and fee structure agreed for the lane.
Return & Failed-Delivery Handling
Refused, undelivered or failed-payment shipments can be returned or handled according to the agreed rules.
