Keeping Temperature-Sensitive Products Stable in Transit
Cold chain delivery combines temperature-controlled packaging, dry-ice configuration, repacking before the final leg and route selection — so your products travel under conditions that suit their stability requirements.

What Cold Chain Delivery Includes
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Inner packaging, outer packaging, insulated boxes, leak protection and shock-proof padding are selected according to product state and route conditions, reducing the impact of handling, air transport, international transit, warehouse sorting and last-mile delivery.
Dry-Ice Configuration
For products requiring low-temperature transport, dry ice can be configured before shipment, and replenished at the destination-country warehouse before final delivery. Quantity and configuration follow the route, lead time and carrier rules.
Repacking Before Final Delivery
For orders needing low-temperature transport again or a packaging upgrade, repacking and dry-ice replenishment are carried out at the destination-country warehouse before last-mile delivery.
Route & Mode Matching
Air freight, international courier and dedicated cross-border lines are compared by lead time, cost and handling conditions, then combined with the relevant packaging plan.
Protection by Product Form
| Product form | Common protection approach | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Liquid | Leak protection, shock-resistant and insulated packaging | Selected according to product state and route conditions |
| Lyophilized / powder | Moisture and compression protection, insulated packaging | Inner and outer packaging designed per shipment |
| Temperature-sensitive finished goods | Dry ice or coolant packs plus insulated outer carton | Configuration follows stability data and lead time |
| Bulk replenishment to overseas warehouse | Insulated packaging plus overseas temperature-controlled storage | Then fulfilled locally from overseas stock |
Important: Temperature maintenance during transit is affected by route, season, customs clearance duration, airline and courier rules, and last-mile conditions. Solutions must be assessed for each specific lane and product requirement, and are subject to carrier policy and applicable regulations.
