When goods from different suppliers arrive at our China warehouse, we can inspect the shipment on your behalf before it leaves the country — checking quantity, outer packaging condition and label consistency, and recording photo or video evidence so discrepancies can be handled while the goods are still in China.

What the Inspection Covers
Inspection is a visual and documentary check performed at the warehouse. It is not a laboratory test or a product quality certification.
Quantity & Carton Count
Received cartons and units are counted against the packing list or your order reference, and any shortage or overage is recorded.
Outer Packaging Condition
Cartons are checked for visible damage, deformation, crushing, moisture or opening marks, and the arrival condition is recorded.
Label & Specification Check
Labels, specifications, batch or lot markings on the outer packaging are checked against the information you provide.
Photo & Video Evidence
Key states are captured as photos or short videos, giving you a visual record of what actually arrived at the warehouse.
Inspection Record & Feedback
Findings are compiled into a record and fed back to you, so you can decide whether to ship, hold, return or ask the supplier for replacement.
Follow-Up Handling
Based on your instructions, goods can proceed to storage, repacking, labelling, consolidation and international dispatch, or be held pending supplier resolution.

Specific inspection items, depth and evidence format are defined in the service agreement.
